Many believed that Desirous, after his long absence from the arena, would be little challenge for Maximus. This draw shocked the gladiatorial world of Alpha Island South. Longbow of Team Slater Jailed Month 04 Day 12 Spaceyear 101 Alpha Island South - Longbow of Team Slater has been jailed for possession of an illegal substance and attempted murder. The details have yet to be disclosed, but trustworthy resources say he was directly involved with the poisoning and near death of War Hammer Rockbottom of Team Raw. More news is forthcoming. Month 02 Day 28 Spaceyear 101 Alpha Island South - There has been disturbing talk among gladiators and fans alike that handsome War Hammer Rockbottom of Team Raw will be retiring. Known as a fighting machine in the arena, Rock is a gentle soul in everyday life. Has the bloodshed been affecting this half-Amazurnian half-Shand warrior? Rockbottom and his twin brother, Ironflanks, have been involved in the gladiatorial games for over twenty years. They began their training at the age of thirteen with the infamous Toughskull. Later they were fostered and trained by Winghill, a man highly regarded in the male community of Alpha Island South. Is it time for Rock to follow in the soul-searching footsteps of his mentor? One thing is for certain, if he retires, the gladiatorial games will never be the same again. Seventh Kill for Slide of Team Bloodbond Month 12 Day 10 Spaceyear 100 Alpha Island South - In last night's match, Arrow Slide of Team Bloodbond helped his team win with the seventh kill of his career. He defeated Mit-chel of Team GrayMoon ten minutes into the match. Slide and his War Hammer Redblade are now turning their sights to twin brothers Ironflanks and Rockbottom of Team Raw. Team Raw is arguably the best gladiatorial team on Amazurn, but that could change if Slide's kill streak continues with Ironflanks. Rockbottom and Ironflanks Love "Earthy" Women Month 08 Day 10 Spaceyear 100 Reliable resources have stated that Champion gladiators Rockbottom and Ironflanks of Team Raw have new housemates. The two Earth women who recently arrived through a great hole in the sacred lake on Alpha Island South have been residing with the gorgeous gladiators in their home at Grandhawk Training Facility. Rock and Iron, two of the most desirable alphas on Amazurn, as listed in Alpha Delicious Magazine, have had no serious relationships in the past. Neither the gladiators or the Earth women have provided details about their relationship so far, but ladies, we're keeping close watch.
